Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We believe in keeping our costs as low as possible so we can pass this savings onto you. To do this we use a number of different carriers in order for us to find the right price to suit your order and location. This includes, but is not limited to, UPS, Royal Mail and FastWay Couriers.
Since we shop around for the right service, rather than going for the carrier with the best advertising, we are proud to be able to offer inclusive delivery to UK customers on all products. We can even extend this to some European customers on certain orders but please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote before you order. Once stock is allocated, couriers are instructed to collect the package from our storage facility. If you require, and applicable, we can obtain a tracking number to allow you to track the parcel as it makes its way to you. To request this complimentary service please email sales@edrumonline.co.uk, including the subject line ''tracking'' and remember to quote your order number.
With the exception of certain small items, orders will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that somebody is in to arrive your package(s).
We would urge you inspect the parcel on delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions of using UPS, Royal Mail and Parcels2Go. By placing an order with us you accept these conditions of carriage.
How long will I normally have to wait?
If you place your order between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday the process starts instantly. If you place your order over a weekend, a public holiday or outside of our business hours it will be processed on the next working day.
If the stock can be allocated before 1pm it will be normally be collected that day. For the majority of UK addresses you could expect delivery between 9am-5pm 2-3 days from collection, with some items being delivered next day.
During the checkout process of the site you will be notified that delivery can take up to 14 days. Although we endeavour to have the goods sent to you as soon as possible, it is necessary to advise you of this time period as sometimes quality control procedures or availability can delay dispatch. This 14 day period isn't applicable for items where it has been stated that order or build times will be great than 14 days.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the companies we deal with, we can’t always guarantee to have every item in stock 365 days a year. Our stock is purely limited by our suppliers’ production levels, so if we don’t have it there is a good chance that nobody will have it but we are more than happy to order it for you. If we are out of stock or you require a special order item, please feel free to drop us a line to enquire about delivery times before you complete your order and we can give you an estimate of how long you will have to wait for your new toys – it won’t be as long as you’d think!
